Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@virexhub.us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@virexhub.us with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case VirexHub will cover the return shipping.
